Eczema
Eczema is a general name given to various itchiness skin disease. The most common types are atopic eczema, contingence eczema, seborrheic eczema and baby diaper. Atopic word can have different meaning.
In this case the difference in the skin is implied and it is used in hereditary allergic eczema.
Eczema can be chronic which means long lasting or acute and in many people the summers may improve and the winters may develop to worsen. The chronic type of eczema can be defined as peeling like itchiness. The outcome of itchiness can lead to fast cracking hard skin. On the result of acute eczema, on the skin, probably addition to small fluid-filled bubbles, there can be redness, swalling and itchiness.
